1 cup Almond Milk
1 Banana
Couple of strawberries Frozen
1/2 cup of rasberries Frozen
1/4 cup yogurt - dairy free or omit
Blend in blender, if too thick just add some water. Garnish with mint.
Ideas: Add chia seeds, flaxseeds, spinach, or play around with other fruits for taste. If you do not want to add yogurt, you can add some avocado to make it creamier.
