my favorite gluten free products
Often, I am asked, which gluten free products I use. I tend to buy in bulk on Amazon and then get my fresh veggies and fruits at my local market. Grocery shopping is a chore for me, shopping online has made it so much easier. If you can have grains Canyon Bakehouse is a favorite bread, tastes like regular bread. I just discovered BFree products and love their tortillas.

The BFree brand makes an amazing Pita Bread too. I had not had pita bread in ten years, felt like crying when I saw it. My local grocers just started carrying it.

Gluten free pasta
Gluten free pasta has come a long way, since I was first diagnosed with celiac. A lot of them taste like the pasta I grew up eating.
“Pseudo-grains” are seeds not true grains, they include Amaranth, Buckwheat, Quinoa and Millet. They are known to be gluten free and high in protein, fiber and low-glycemic carbohydrates. For some people, with Celiac or sensitivities to gluten, Pseudo-grains have been confirmed to trigger the same anti-bodies as gluten grains.
