Place all ingredients in a high powered blender. In juicing you do not eat the fiber as it is extracted during the blending process. This smoothie the fiber is included for a great on the go breakfast and energy boost. I drink this daily. Highly recommend!
You can choose your own favorite fruits, I mix it up and change types of fruit. Want a smaller smoothie, just keep to the 75% greens and 25% fruit ratio. You can also not use the fruit.
- 10 cups - 1 lb leafy greens
- 1 -2 bananas frozen
- 3-4 cherries frozen
- 1/2 cup mango frozen
- 2 T - 1/4 cup Flaxseed/ and or chia seeds
- Optional: Tumeric or ginger
