mango cucumber sushi
Making sushi can be intimidating, but it does not have to be!
What you need:
Avocados
Cucumbers
Mango
Carrots
Sushi Rice or use Cauliflower rice
Nori wraps
1. Place your nori wrap on a flat dry surface. Place a thin layer of rice, cover approx 2/3 of the wrap.
2. Place thin slices of veggie and fruits.
3. Roll as a burrito, or start at edge of wrap and roll up tightly. You can use a bit of water to help seal it closed.
4. You can slice into sushi bites or a burrito roll.
